What To Expect:
- RosWellness offers a 20-minute session of full body red light therapy. Ideally 10 minutes per side.
- This painless service may be used up to 3-5 times a week.
- A trained specialist will prepare the red light therapy for your session, lower the table, and provide you with privacy. For optimal results, we recommend exposing as much skin as possible; however, wearing undergarments is completely acceptable.
- Once ready, you may position yourself comfortably on the table. Protective eyewear will be provided, and we advise avoiding direct eye exposure to the lights positioned above you.
- For best results, we suggest exposing each side of the body for approximately 10 minutes. A timer will be available in the room for your convenience, though its use is optional.
- During the session, you may experience a gentle warming sensation as the therapy works to support your body’s natural recovery processes.
Please consult your physician if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have active cancer, if you are taking photosensitizing medications, skin or heat sensitivities, seizure disorder, extreme sensitivity to light, open wounds or active infections, or recent eye surgery.
