Compression Therapy to Recharge and Revive

Normatec is powered by dynamic air compression.  This therapy is designed to accelerate recovery, improve circulation, help with lymphatic drainage, and support peak performance. Precision pulse technology works to revive muscles, reduce swelling, and leave your body feeling restored and recharged.

RosWellness offers 30- and 60-minute sessions of Normatec boots with/without hip attachments.  It can be used pre- and post-workout.  Compression therapy is suitable for athletes of all levels and even can be used in medical and therapeutic settings in helping to manage muscle fatigue and soreness from injuries.
